What to write to us about
- Bug reports: tell us which tool, what you entered (never a real password), what you expected, and your browser. A screenshot helps.
- Corrections: if a guide or explanation on the site is wrong or out of date, point us to the page and, ideally, a source. We fix factual errors promptly and update the page date.
- Tool or guide requests: suggestions for new tools or topics are welcome; many of the current guides started as reader questions.
- Security issues: if you find a vulnerability in the site itself, please email us with “Security” in the subject before disclosing it publicly.
Please don’t send
Never email us a real password, private key, token, or JWT from a production system. We don’t need it to help you, and email is not a safe place for secrets.
